ABOUT ME: 

I love to create, painting, drawing, writing, or sewing, it is all fun to me.  Now I am focusing my creative energy on life coaching.  I came to life coaching in 2018.  I would pin my happiness on something happening outside of me: my kids going to school, buying a house, finishing a project.  Inevitably, that exterior event would happen, I would feel happier for a little bit but it wasn’t lasting.  My brain would look for the next thing to complain about.  I would be right back to feeling inadequate again.  A dear friend suggested life coaching.  With my coach, I learned how to do thought work so I was happy in my own head, with my own self, no matter what the outside circumstances were.  I still get upset, worried, angry, all the human emotions because I am still human.  However, now I understand that it isn’t the outside circumstances creating my experience, it is my inner mind and world.  That is the best news ever because my inner world is where I have the most control.  I don’t need to rely on other people or circumstances to change so I can be happy.  I can rely on myself.  I am excited to teach you the same tools.  I am excited to see you learn about yourself and grow.  

ABOUT LIFE COACHING:

A life coach's job is to help you find perspective on your life and mind. 

Life Coaching helps you take your life from good to great.  Life Coaching is simply mind training.  Just like a sport coach works with a player to understand their performance, a Life Coach works with clients to understand what they are doing in their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral lives.  A Life Coach has an outside view from which they can identify what is working in your life and what could be improved.  I am a Life Coach and I have a Life Coach of my own.  After all, I'm a person too! A very intelligent and funny person with whom you can feel comfortable talking to because I've done all this work too.  

 I'm the real deal, buster. 

ABOUT YOU:

A session with your Life Coach is basically a conversation.   A Life Coach will ask you questions to help you understand what you are creating in your own life.  If you are working on a specific goal, I recommend weekly sessions to track your progress towards that goal.  Otherwise, Life Coaching sessions can be used more alacarte for a tune up when an issue is really troubling you.  It is pretty flexible.  Through these conversations you get to see what you are creating in your life and make decisions about what you want to change.  In our sessions I will give you tools to manage your mind.  You will go off into the world and apply the tools, notice success or failure and come back for more fine tuning. Life Coaching really is all about you, your mind, your feelings, your actions.
